Fabrication

Our products’ fabrication systems utilize existing products, which are modified to create customized components. Our capabilities include cutting straight and angles, structural foam assembly, bonding, welding, inserting, routering, and drilling.

Painting

We utilize both solvent and water-based painting systems with complete masking capabilities. We provide acrylic, water, and urethane-based painting systems and multiple masking, colors, and textures. Our diverse paint selection includes solvent-based, waterborne, solid, metallic, and clear coats.

Our other capabilities as structural foam painters include:

  • Two-component systems
  • Splatter coat and texture capacities
  • EMI/RFI shielding

Assembly
